Using SIP trunks, we can connect to your Private Branch System(PBX) and allow you to make and receive voice calls.

What you need:

  • A PBX server(on cloud or on premise).

How to set up the trunk:

  • You apply for a voice phone number.

  • We share a KYC document with you that you sign.

  • You pay for the phone number (see pricing:

  • You share your trunk's(PBX) IP address for whitelisting.

  • Once we have whitelisted your IP address, you can go ahead and change your number's callback URL from your dashboard(voice -> phone Numbers -> actions -> ... -> callback url), basic format for the callback URL is trunk:trunk_ip_address eg: trunk:

  • You can now set up your PBX and test.
