This article should help explain why we might experience periodic downtimes on our services

As part of our commitment to provide you with superior services, we would like to inform you that we are currently undergoing a major system upgrade. This upgrade will allow us to troubleshoot better, deliver new features at a fraction of the time and ensure that we achieve higher up-time.

As a result, please note that during this process, a number of our services will periodically be affected. Changes affecting high traffic services will be performed at off peak times. In addition, we are monitoring the system and will be able to anticipate downtime.

Services that may be affected include:

  • Processing delivery reports

  • Incoming messages on short codes

  • Retrieving data from the dashboard

  • Premium SMS subscriptions

  • Airtime status callbacks 

  • Airtime status reports on the dashboard

  • API response delay for airtime(the delivery report may be sent to the callback URL before the API response arrives)
