For people using shared hosting services it's a little difficult to get the PHP SDK for the Africa's Talking API once an app is deployed.

A simple solution would be to use composer to install the SDK in the vendor folder before uploading the zipped project folder to the cloud. 

This ensures the SDK is already in the vendor folder before the app is deployed.
