The events URL  is a location on the web where we make a POST request as various events occur during the call. The events could be sending DTMF digits, dequeue and enqueue calls, transfer calls, conference in other calls, to notify the end of a call etc. 

In addition, at the end of the  call can end for reasons such as a hang-up or unclear instructions. 

In the events callback, you may have a script that handles the events and gives further instructions for the call, or saves certain information to the Database etc.
