Log in to your Account&gt;click on the app&gt;Voice&gt; Phone number&gt;Under Voice-Phones&gt;fill in the request form&gt;(Product section)&gt;Voice Service&gt;Country&gt; agree to terms&gt;Category&gt;select "Test Number" on the voice form.
